All sales are final we do provide 14-day process return policy for issues outside of store and customer control. (US customers only we do cannot provide exchange or return services for customer outside of USA)
We have a 14-day process return policy (on accepted items only), which means you have 14 days to request a return from the date of delivery and the days thereafter are for return shipping and refund processing.
For accepted returns or exchange, your item must be a returnable items. In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping cost will be deducted from refund. Customers are responsible for shipping package back to our office for review of item.

If your return is accepted, you can request us to send you a return shipping label if item is for a excepted return refund only please note shipping cost is deducted from refund we do not cover shipping charges, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For exchanges we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note to send us tracking number to insure item is being sent to our office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with acceptance will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do no honor damage claims after 3 days of receiving items please check your items upon receiving we will be no longer are responsible and we offer a 3 day grace period for reports.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), undergarment, bathing suits, shoes, bras, pet products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),made to order and personal care goods (such as beauty products), order solutions items(fixed orders), reprocessed orders, We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items.
We do not accept additional returns from gift cards issues in previous return this is fraudulent behavior and not accepted. Please note we are not accepting try on and return behavior. (This does not include customers who purchased gift card and uses for purchase for the first time)
Some of our items are exchangeable please contact us for exchange instructions and to see if you have an exchangeable item.
We provide instore credit and issue Trinity Skys Gift Card in the same amount as purchase. Gift cards issued do not expire. We do not honor refunds for size and color. Customers are responsible for measuring their own size to all individual size chart guides. Go over checkout to make sure your size and colors selected are accurate. Please use our size charts images and text that are available at TrinitySkys.com when purchasing from Trinity Skys website, app and or social media marketplaces. If you are having size issue please contact us to see if your item is an exchangeable item. We are not a try on and return store and do we do not honor. We do not honor refund due to shipping delay and will also not be honored as refund. If your package goes to insufficient address/return to sender it was cause because the customer did not enter their apt#/building. Please ensure that your apt#/building is in your order not doing so will cause your package to go into insufficient address. Ensure the location is one customer or recipient will have access throughout our fulfilment time. Not doing so will cause our merchandise in any of these instances to be lost in parcel and we do not take responsibility for these errors not caused by our store. For accepted return request only we will notify you of return instructions. Once received and inspection of your return is done, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
