Any items returned using shop cards will be returned to shop card balance. 12 month dormancy fee will be applied in the amount of 12.99 fee yearly for maintenance is card is not used for 12 months. Shop cards issued to customers as gifts by Trinity Skys are not eligible for cash refunds. Shop cards purchased by customers have no expiration . Shop cards gifted by Trinity Skys store to customers expire in 3 years from the issuing date.
